Colombia - Tolima (Fair Trade Organic) In the cup, the coffee gives notes of toffee and pine with citric acidity. Another beautiful bold roast option.
Colombia – Excelsio (Decaf) This Coffee is a very well balanced and almost sweet decaf option for those that are not looking for the extra kick. We can either roast this medium or bold.
Guatemala - Huehuetenango (Fair Trade Organic) In the cup, the coffee gives notes of toffee and pine with citric acidity. It is similar to the Columbia but slightly more citrusy. It makes for an excellent breakfast coffee with a slight nutty tartness.

Tanzania – Peaberry - Full - of body and flavor with hints of heavy fruitiness of it's cherry pulp. This coffee is similar to the Ethiopian without the citrus acidity. We like to describe it as an even balance between the Ethiopian and the Burundi Coffees.
